Do I understand you correctly? You want to remove a feature (from Konsole)
because this feature is not also available for other applications? Silly.
Please 'rm $KDEDIR/share/apps/kicker/menuext/konsolemenu.desktop' and your
"problem" is gone as you cannot manually activate it anymore.
