Hmm... but that assumes that a user will only want to "Edit file type" 
association whenever the open-with dialog box is shown. I frequently use this 
option to re-order the application preference for some mime-types. If this is 
going to be (re)moved, it is better to put it into the Properties dialog 
rather than the open-with dialog IMHO...
