I can confirm that few users seem to use the RMB when using a webbrowser.

1) Why does someone want to stop an animation?
2) How often does is happen that a page has only a single animation that the
user would like to stop while the others should continue to animate?

Assuming the answer to 1. is because the user is generally annoyed by
animating objects while trying to read and the answer to 2. is hardly ever
then just make it another button on the toolbar. Putting it anywhere else
either involves inventing another widget or putting it somewhere were the
average user won't be able to find it.
