hi,
i think the 'current' screenshot 
(http://urbanlizard.com/~aseigo/screens/bgdialog/bg_current.png)
takes care of maximal use of place on the smallest possible window space but 
it's too much confusing and looking "unprofessional".
these new ones look much more better but there's really no need to make these 
widgets too wide just for colour selection.
i suggest the 
http://urbanlizard.com/~aseigo/screens/bgdialog/bg_new_smallerWidgets.png is the 
best but please consider placing the groups of widgets in this sort of order:
1) Icon Text
2) Background Color
3) Background Picture

the third setting group could be 'wrapped' under the 'monitor thumbnail' 
(there's the empty space now) so then u will get much more space to see the 
selected wallpaper path even on some small resolution monitors.
