i agree that we need a user-friendly form in addition to the power-hungry form 
that is there right now...

i believe it was requested that a simple form be added with a link to the 
advanced form. i'm guessing that if developers continue to have large issues 
with it, that will eventually happen. there is still work going on to get 
basic things working like bug-handling-via-email, kbugbuster, etc.. it's 
still early ...
