Bugbuster can't be used to add a comment to a bug, though, and that'll be 
the primary use for a KDE user, after making initial filings using the 
wizard.  Or does bugnumber@bugs.kde.org work still?

The bugzilla mailings do send a url to that awful form, after all.  It *is* 
being exposed to the end-users directly.  Even the developer-hostile here 
have to acknowledge that.
