Well, you might not think that developer tools are worth effort, and that's 
fine.  You don't have to participate. 

However, it's in the interest of every KDE user that bugs.kde.org be usable 
for developers.  Maybe you don't bother to file bug reports, but some 
users are responsible.  Those reports are going to be ignored if the 
developers can't reasonably navigate the system.  And if bug reports can't 
be tackled, then the quality of KDE will degrade.
