So the main problem is that the existing hierarchy should be improved?
I suggest that we focus on that then so that we hopefully can have a better 
hierarchy in KDE 3.1. There have already been made changes for that, but it 
would help immensly if the poeple on this list could formulate a well-rounded 
overall vision for the hierarchy.
