Please commit! Now! *grin* I must say, that I have always hated the print
manager, with all 50 icons and no real way to distinguish what the actually
do without a ton of mouseovers and guess&check. This got *slightly* better
in 3.0, but not really :-( The menu driven version looks about 1000% better,
in terms of orginization and lack of confusion.
