Well, it seems I just don't know what you are talking about. I have used 
Solaris/CDE for about 3 years but I can't remember what is special about the 
window deco. 
However, it seems to affect my work on kpersonalizer and some new kcms. If one 
selects cde from the os-page and the theme sunshine from the stylepage, one 
has the correct cde look & feel, don't he?
