except that the CDE theme was writtne to *emulate* CDE's look _and_ feel.
the whole reason KDE's window decos are C++ plugins is that they are dynamic
and can _behave_ diferently. and different decos DO behave differently
already.
window decos aren't just for looks: they are functional pieces of the desktop.
the default deco and all the other non-emulating ones will behave sanely, so
only those who specifically pick otherwise will get the braindamage .. =)
and i'm not about to tell the CDE deco users (one of whome made the change)
that they can't have a CDE-a-like window deco.
