(disclaimer: my kcontrol applets seem to be a little messed up. i.e. i have
double 'Email' and 'Desktop' entries, so any suggestions here might be just
an error in my setup)

Just a few comments:

- I'd like to suggest placing 'Network' -> 'Preferences' in 'Web Browser' ->
'Advanced'. For one, 'preferences' is completely meaningless and these
settings seem to be tied to Konqueror only.

- 'Peripherals' might aswell be named 'Keyboard & Mouse'. This is slightly
more obvious.

- 'Panel' -> 'Panels' could be moved into 'Appearance' (Length, Size, Position
and Hiding settings are it's appearance, afterall)

- 'Panel' -> 'Taskbar' seems out of place because it's just another applet. It
should be removed or replaced by an 'Applets' entry.

- 'File Manager', 'Web Browser' and perhaps 'Email' (what does this one do
anyway? It doesn't seem to effect Kmail) should be moved to a non-existant
'Components' folder.

Just looking at kcontrol makes me cringe... Instead of making these small
improvements and prosponing the inevidible 'we' should be thinking of
creating a completely new layout for Kcontrol.
