Well, they are linked. You use that button to set the type of highlight 
applied by the check box. However, you can also change two others, so would 
you prefer "Icon Effects Settings" or simply "Advanced Settings"? I wanted to 
keep it at least a little bit descriptive.

Any suggestions?
