oh, now i see where everyone is coming from.

i never meant that this should be part of the KDE distribution. rather, i was 
envisioning that it would be something one could download from the 
kde-usability website. participation would be completely voluntary and it 
would be our job to promote its existence. this wouldn't be too difficult, 
really. just post an article to theDot, kdenews, linuxtoday, etc...
