this is probably the most flexible and can be presented in a decently obvious 
way.

this is one of the few parts of the kscd UI i didn't touch, btw... i'm still 
waiting for libkcddb to exit kdenoneta so all of that annoyance can be ripped 
out of kscd for good ... however, it doesn't look like they'll make 3.1 so 
these changes should provide a nice stop-gap measure... =)
