Some quick ideas:

Lyrics Search Engines
Lyrics Searches
Online Lyrics Databases
Lyrics Search Bookmarks
Lyrics Bookmarks

short of extending KEditListBox itself i don't see a clean way of providing
that visual association... it also doesn't provide a label next to the line
edit for the list box which will make it even more ambiguous since one line
edit is labelled ("Query") and the other isn't (the provider name)

perhaps something more like the bookmark editor would be in order? or perhaps
you can actually use the bookmarks facilities in kde since what you are doing
is, essentially, providing bookmarks.
