You don't actually need this - you can have a "Open this folder in a new
window" or similar option that actually opens a Konqueror window. You can do
all your file operations in there and close the window. This means there's
only one place where such actions take place. That way you don't need to add
cut, copy, paste, delete, new folder, etc. to the file dialog itself.
