hrm... the fix is probably going to have to go into the actual code (e.g. 
positiontab_impl.cpp) unless there is a way to override RTL handling on a 
specific (set of) widget(s) ... annoying.

developers could spend all day testing everything they write under every 
possible combination of features that they never actually use, and we'd still 
miss some things. that's why users testing things, such as you have done, is 
and will continue to be important.
