Quick addendum to that:
{W} means I think that novices would want some kind of help (like a wizard)
when they click on this item.
{1st->W} means such a wizard would be launched the first time the user
clicked on this item.
For Office-Specific programs (which is terrible terminology, BTW), I was
thinking of programs that an enterprise may have that few others have -
databases, custom software, unusual software, etc.
For Connect to a boxen, I was thinking about the fact that lots of university
students and others read email on the server using Pine or a similar program.
So this would really be a wizard to set up SSH connections.
So have at!
