What happens when one person installs an app and it shows up for another user?
Does the app replace the second user's menu entry without telling her? Does
it prompt at some other time (e.g. login, or when that menu is launched)?

Also, it may be premature, but does anyone know who might be coding such a
menu layout? Can we get them involved in the discussion?

Cheers,
