Sometime the interface can be changed adjusting the *.ui files
that even non-programmers can change. Try playing with
QtDesigner and see. In which case the new *.ui is checked into
the CVS and its done.
Otherwise the maintainer of the package has to be involved to make
the change or accept a patch.
