which is nice for the person whose desktop it is. i just wonder how the 
network admin in a company with a few hundred people using an ldap server and 
a version of kmail that hit the ldap server every time an email was viewed 
would feel about it  ;-)

i don't know enough about ldap to answer that, either =/
