I couldn't find any information at the above location either.
However, I followed the instructions for integrating various
window managers with dtlogin at
http://www.tiem.utk.edu/~peek/solaris/
and created all the necessary files for integrating KDE into
dtlogin.  I tared them up and stuck them here if anyone needs them
http://www.maraudingpirates.org/kde/kde-dtlogin.tar.gz

If KDE doesn't live in /usr/local then one needs to edit
the files Xinitrc.kde and Xresources.kde and change
the location of startkde.  Then just run kdesetup.sh.
This script copies all the files into various places
under /etc/dt.
