Hello Folks,

I have added the KDE weather applet to my panel but am a bit mystified as to
how to configure it.

Under Weather Service Setup -> Add weather station I have chosen Sydney,
Australia.

I get 'Kweather error. The requested station does not exist.'

Have any Australian users managed to configure this applet for Australian
cities? If so, how?

Kind Regards,

Graeme.

Not much help but.. I just tested Sydney here on the F 7 box and no problems,
I have seen this before when the "service" was down on some stations I
monitor.

I guess you could check (or move) your .kde/share.config/KWeatherServicerc,
that should list the real station names IE:

[WEATHERSTATIONS]
stations=YSSY,EGKK,EGSS,NZWN,KRIW,KJFK,CYYZ,LRBS,EGMC,NZAA,OERY,KLAN,KSBY,KP60

YSSY being Sydney Airport.

Cheers

Colin
