That is correct -though it takes away some fun in ads ;-) - but I wouldn't 
like KDE to come up as KDE(R)(TM), as it wouldn't be very sympatic at all.

That wouldn't be too bad, but IMHO - and as ointed ot before by some other 
posters - this shouldn't go in a way against GNOME developers but against the 
way Ximian promotes "their" product. This should come out very, very clearly.
