If KDE were a brand German marketing laws would prohibit this kind of thing.
They actually use our good name (KDE) in a misleading way to lure "customers"
away.

I think a good response would be an official request to stop this kind of
pettiness directed to the official gnome lists. I think this is not in style
for Open source development.

Ximian should spend their money on improving their own brand and product.
