As it says, /all/ Qt applications :) The way it works is that all Qt apps
(all of them) first load the platform integration module (QPA), which
contains looooots of things, shortcuts^ among them. Each platform provides
own module, so you'll get different things on Windows, on Mac and even
gnome can create their own one.
