Screenshots were specified once upon a time. On this mailing list I
believe. I can't find them though.

Absent any well-informed opinion, it should work to do the following...
1280x720
DeJa Vu Sans font
Use only two or three colors for anything that's not a photo
default wallpaper (anybody know what it is for 4.9?)

I'm pretty sure that Nuno had specifications that would work best.
