KDE e.V. has nothing to do with this. It's a community thing. You are 
the promo guys. You discuss this.

OTOH, there really isn't anything to vote on or discuss about. The 
birthday of KDE is the 14th of October. Anything else are just 
milestones on our route to world domination. ;-)
