A lot of people have dropped out, which is disappointing. However, many of
those who have confirmed attendance have already booked travel, even if they
didn't indicate it in the wiki. Anyone who has not yet done so should as soon
as possible - in fact travel should have been booked as soon as I confirmed the
dates (as I said) to try and make sure there is not a big increase compared to
the estimate you provided on which the entire budget for the sprint was
allocated.

The inactivity on the wiki is due to people not filling in their details
despite being poked relentlessly by me over the past month or so ;-)

As for the rest, well I agree with all Justin said.

So, now we have confirmation from everyone but Marc. So let's set a deadline -
I will book the accommodation tomorrow 1200 UTC for the confirmed attendees.
Anyone signing up after that will have to make their own arrangements. In
those cases it /may/ still be possible to get a reimbursement on accommodation
from the e.V. but upfront costs will have to be paid by yourself

For the confirmed attendees:
Justin Kirby
Pau Garcia i Quiles
Damien Tardy-Panis
Agustín Benito Bethencourt
Claudia Rauch
Dan Leinir Turthra Jensen

Book your travel *now* if you have not already. Normally you have to pay for
this in advance, then reclaim the money using a form from
http://ev.kde.org/resources/ after the sprint (I believe international bank
transfer is preferred). If you really cannot pay your costs upfront, let me
know and we'll see if it is possible for the e.V. to book your travel directly
for you

I will book your accommodation for you tomorrow (confirmed attendees only).
This is handled directly by the e.V. so you do not have to pay anything and
claim it back.

Cheers,
Stu
