New versions of PDFs uploaded:

The generic KDE doc and Akademy doc incorporate Thomas' and Carl's fixes (less 
ODT breakage and less typos)
There are also two new docs: a cover letter and venue info, which may have 
typos and other issues. The address for the university in the gdoc looks like 
nonsense (University of Tampere [some other stuff] University of Tampere) so I 
omitted it

(the previous sent link to a tar archive contains old docs)

If you can make fixes or get better PDF rendering please upload the PDFs direct 
to the wiki. I probably don't have any more time for this.

I will submit the docs to the local student paper tomorrow with an invite to 
Akademy (which is how I got sucked in to this in the first place)
