That was never clearly defined. I think, as with the release event
contest, it's more or less consensus. So far, the consensus is leaning
towards #2. If it doesn't swing elsewhere by tomorrow, then I'll
recommend #2 to the board.

I could plead for it, but I'm not sure I'd be happy having the e.V.
fly me around all the time, as opposed to more productive people. I've
already gone on two trips funded by them, and a third one indirectly
(due to the fiasco that was my trip to Glasgow, the airlines gave me a
travel voucher which I then used to go to the release event).
