Yes, but as Alexandra says, *also* put it on youtube (it's where the users are!). 
Blip is good since it makes it easy for us to refer to the .ogg source file as well. 
Jos and I have blip accounts that have been used previously for KDE screencast 
material.

As to screen resolution: small is good, it should be big enough so the app doesn't 
look cramped. I'd go for 1024x768, that should work well.
