no. this is just another task tracker.

the correct approach would be having properly titled and tagged entries
in bugzilla and auto-generating changelogs from that. that requires some
additional diligence in maintaining the bug database, but it is still
less than secondary and tertiary systems duplicating much of the same
information.
but we had that discussion already. on some technical list.
