yes; the e.v. board had our regular phone conference call yesterday and came 
to the same conclusion ...

we (KDE e.V.) will be sending Ade down at the very least. both he and i were 
personally invited, but i can't make it due to scheduling.  thankfully he can. 
we'll see how many others can/should attend and deal with needs as they arise 
on a case-by-case basis.
