Good, draw out some interesting personal detail.

Those questions are all very similar. If this is being done face to face, over 
the phone or internet chat then it'd be good to have these scribbled down to 
make sure they're answered. But no need to ask them all like that. The worst 
interviews are extremely formulaic, with very straightforward questions and 
answers.

I'd suggest starting with something like "what motivated you to start the 
Decibel project, and how do you imagine it changing the KDE experience?" 
Follow up with more specific questions if you think some detail is missing.

The same goes for all the other questions, really. Great detail, very 
comprehensive, but either edit the results into an article (i.e. not just 
question, answer, question, answer printed verbatim) or use them for your own 
records and not as the actual questions that go to Tobias & end up on the 
Dot.
