I think users should be able to trust the official site to have the news 
first. 

So, if a release is announced, kde-it should know beforehand, so they can 
coordinate it. 

We'll have to try to get it right next time, but I ask myself, what we can do, 
to increase the chances, that all works as planned. 

Who notifies the translators and regional kde-sites, and how?
