It appears that way, yes. The problem is that it wasn't planned that way. :-)

We could otherwise blame it on the holiday season, the warm weather (33 
degrees, sitting on the balkony atm). Otherwise, I'm happy to see that 
release notes are being done in a very (too?) timely manner :-)

FWIW, the schedule Tom posted was put together after we got the announcement 
from Coolo when tagging should happen, but made a mistake as to what the 
actual release date would then be -- that lead to some confusion.
