i think it's a good idea and would love to see it happen. personally i have 0 
time to dedicate to more things. this may be the general case at the moment.

my only comment to what's there right now is that it would be nice if there 
was some coverage of development highlights that may not have made it to the 
news already. right now it reads as an aggregation of articles over the last 
couple of months, which has value of course (particularly to those who don't 
follow kde very closely) but some new insights into the project would be cool 
as well. =)

that's the thing about starting something ... you sometimes end up being the 
person doing it to completion ;)
