If it's an error "undoed", "Centre" has surely to be modified in

I changed and attached the file again. I hope it's better now. I wrote it
very fast :) last time. Well, I don't know, maybe the style of the announce is
not compliant a KDE announce but not so much time to think correctly with an
open mind. Here it's too hot. Summer is here :) .

KDE 3.5.4 features a lot of improvements in the HTML rendering engine (KHTML),
a better usability for the KIO SSL dialog, and some fixes for KNetworkconf
(added support for Fedora Core 5, fixed WEP key handling and others), some fixes
for KMail, KPDF, Konsole, Kate applications too. It's extremely suggested to \
update to this new KDE version.

<p align="justify">
July 24, 2006 (The INTERNET). The <a href="http://www.kde.org/">KDE
Project</a> today announced the immediate availability of KDE 3.5.4,
a maintenance release for the latest generation of the most advanced and
powerful <em>free</em> desktop for GNU/Linux and other UNIXes. Unusually
for a maintenance release, new features were implemented due to the long
release cycle of the eagerly-awaited KDE 4. Stability and lots of bug fixed,
along with increasingly complete translations in 65 languages.
</p>
<p align="justify">
Significant enhancements include:
</p>
<ul>
<li>Implement the ability to set CSS content on any element (CSS3), and allow any
display value on generated content as per updated CSS 2.1.</li>
<li>Implement CSS3 properties -khtml-background-clip, -khtml-background-origin
and -khtml-background-size.</li>
<li>Implement MSIE extension document.scripts().</li>
<li>Increased usability of KIO KSSL dialog.</li>
<li>Added *.tor pattern for bittorrent mimetype and x-mplayer2 (Microsoft media) \
mimetype.</li> <li>Hint the selected search provider as Konqueror Searchbar \
Plugin.</li> <li>KNetworkconf now has the support for Fedora Core 5.</li>
<li>Added support for the next gnokii version (>= 0.6.13) in KAddressBook.</li>
<li>New facility to import alarms from other calendar files for KAlarm.</li>
<li>Added DCOP accessors and setters for the note colors in KNotes.</li>
<li>Availability of CDROM information in the Control Center.</li>
<li>Added sysfs parsing support. Needed for distros that don't have /proc/bus/usb \
anymore.</li> <li>Add DCOP calls setFont() and font() for Konsole.</li>
<li>Miscellaneous speedups.</li>
<li>media:/ mount devices over HAL.</li>
<li>New Kig feature: possibility to edit a Python script once constructed.</li>
<li>Reenable hint after game was lost and undone in the KPatience game.</li>
<li>Don't show the manager on session restore if there are no wallets open and \
auto-close is enabled.</li> </ul>
Over 10 new features and more than 100 bugs fixed. Cause of the far away release of
KDE 4 was considered useful to add some very small new feature waiting the big \
changes for the next KDE major release.
<p align="justify">
KDE 3.5.4 ships with a basic desktop and fifteen other packages (PIM, \
administration, network, edutainment, utilities, multimedia, games,
artwork, web development and more). KDE's award-winning tools and
applications are available in <strong>65 languages</strong>.
