Thanks Danil!

I'd propose to further work out the two key features we identified: speed 
improvements (Lubos' patches) and quality improvements (coverity e.a.). A 
paragraph would be nice.

http://www.spreadkde.org/handbook/release_promotion has a list with the 
release promotion process, step 4 - 9 need to be done yet.
