you use the KDE Application Suite. as far as i'm concerned that means you ARE 
using KDE. which is why in a past blog entry i called for the very serious 
examination of providing a branding name for this suite of apps.

in KDE4 we're calling the workspace Plasma. great.

now what do we call the set of default apps we ship? that way people who use 
those apps (or at least some of them) but don't use the workspace, or who 
feel as you do that the workspace is not overly relevant to them, that they 
are also using KDE and in particular the KDE product set known as <????> ... 
this is power behind brands such as Microsoft Office. even on Macintosh 
people say they are using Microsoft software when they use Office.

perhaps it's time we got behind a distribution for our grass-roots marketing 
purposes.
