This site has news about linux adoption in Swedish
local administrations:

It's in Swedish, which I don't understand. It doesn't
say whether they're using KDE, on the other hand I
spotted the word 'Novell'

Maybe somebody can easily find out whether it's KDE
and post it to the Dot?
