As has already been said the kdepromo CVS module should get more
exposure and one way to do that is to stop access restrictions to it.

Can I propose that the contacts directory be removed from the archive
(it seems to be the only thing that should be kept restricted, but is
little used) and all access restrictions on the module are removed?
