Orth's package are on a Debian compatible repository. So, if you have a 
broadband internet connection, you just have to install a minimal Unstable 
Debian (base + XFree) add the correct line in your sources.list and then 
apt-get kde-cvs. Afterwards, it is very easy to keep synchronisation.
