I really think that the thread is off-topic.
I understand very well the goal of RMS, and I approve it, but BTW it's not the
problem of KDE-Team.
KDE-team is working very hard to make a good free desktop, not a good free
GNU/Linux distribution.
IMHO, this should be debate with FSF, FSF-Europe, FSF-France (because being
french I know the guys of FSF-Fr), or any other team belonging to FSF.
Of course, it should be very nice to see some people from KDE-Team to help
with this "Free-Knoppix" (and I believe KDE can offer very much to a such
project), but basically, this project *HAVE TO* be organized by FSF.
I think that RMS should organize the launch of the project with the FSF team,
and then, KDE-Team contribute to it.
Just my 2 cents.
(I just hope nobody is offended by this mail).
