Remastering a Knoppix is pretty easy if you know a little bit the Debian 
packaging system. They are several howto on the Internet. I believe that in a 
day you could create the 'Neil Stevens' Flying Circus KDE Demo CD' and 
distribute it around you and put the Iso image somewhere.
