Hi,
There is an call for paper for a conference at the Unesco headquarter in Paris

Should I (or somebody else) apply with a title like "The Open Source Desktop 
Project KDE : An opportunity for Governmental Organizations"

As I live quite close to the Unesco, won't be hard for me to speak there.
