Here are the graphics in the kdepromo cvs module that are 
vector-based:

kdepromo/exampleuser/folder.svg

kdepromo/graphics/kdelogo/kdelineart.eps
kdepromo/graphics/kdelogo/kdelogo_xxl.eps.gz
kdepromo/graphics/konqueror/konqueror.svg
kdepromo/merchandising/pins/KDEpin.ps

c_gear.ps is a simple big blue gear.  If any of these others look 
useful, let me know and I can send you a copy.
