indeed; sounds like a great idea..

How about KDE 3.1 for the "General public" category. if they want specific 
applications as opposed to a whole desktop environment: Konqueror. it is 
deffinitely one of the most impressive individual apps available today given 
its role as a file manager, web browser and general "do anything" program.

In the "Management of company" category, would the Kolab efforts be a good 
candidate or is it still too young of a project?
